In my mind there isn’t much space for negativity to the point I focus entirely on positivity. Sure there are a few moments here and there I lose my cool<I’m human>, they just don’t happen frequently. Never is my thinking negative. If it were then I’d be subject to negative actions. We essentially are what we we think, right?
I think it’s more along the lines that we are developed to be greedy and to attach ourselves to people, places and things. All of that stuff makes for suffering which creates negative thinking. You see so it’s entirely left to choice, our own choice to be positive. I don’t really care about much beyond the moment I’m in and those I choose to spend those moments with. That alleviates me from the suffering.
Through the power of intention we’re able to manifest our perception therefore our reality. With that comes a choice we have to make at each moment we grasp a breathe. Do I want to be positive or negative. We can’t be positive all the time otherwise we wouldn’t know negative exists. We can chose to be positive all the time though. It’s that choice that allows us to react with a positive response under negative circumstances. Having the ability to do such a thing allows us to end the suffering almost as it begins.
It just gets to a point where we must become conscientious of this and make a commitment to ourselves to be positive. It’s hard when the media manipulates us constantly with their propaganda and the government controls us like zoo animals. That doesn’t even bring in the effects the food we choose to eat has on our thinking or the Rx that the preventative Heath Care System shoves down our throats.
