There’s no label

I find my peace when times are the toughest
The hair down my back curls and ruffles
Walking through life with an attitude full of flavor
You better read my labels

People find ways to distract my liberation
A weakness I shall overcome by meditation
Constant arguments about social location
Or the medias political assassination
And the countless attempts to discredit my education

With my hands held high to the sky I spent so long wondering why
A shift in my focus opened up my mind
I found the law of attraction starring me in the eyes

With the universe by my side
I grab this belt and buckled up for a wild ride
Twists and turns
0 to 60
Balance constantly shifting
Like a drag race up a steep hill
And wanting to be the last to the bottom

I never really understood what separates me from the crowd
I guess that’s a treasure left to be found
Hopefully before I’m 6 feet in the ground
However, I’m content never knowing at all

I constantly question if knowing that reality will spoil the fruits of my labor
There’s just one thing, I won’t ever let society dictate my behavior
Off the beaten path is where you can find me
Strolling the world one step at a time
