Sitting there many thoughts crash through the mind

Thunder from the storm passes in time

Visualizations of lighten, illuminates the sky

Questioning, pondering memories, let go without asking why

Avoid futuristic planning, returning energy inside

Present moment awareness keeps the mind in tune

Another door opens, patiently grabbing focus

The heart throbs, inhaling fresh air

Each breath expands the lungs

Paying attention to the bodies awareness

Sensations are like presents in the moments shared

A change in perspective the moment the mind is clear

Meditation equals still body, mind presently aware
