As I close my eyes paying attention to the moment
I begin to realize I’m connected not individualized
The universe speaks to me, shows me reality
Sensations perceptions volitions
Become alive, becoming aware in the present
With no where to hide I shut off my mind
Accept things as they consciously arise
The truth, not something I try to rationalize
Yet something I discover, believe deep inside
Not my mind, rather my soul or spirits eyes
No longer shall society traumatized my inner being
Play with my emotions thoughts or ideas
My eyes are open experiencing true freedom
