ego displacement
profits limit our situations
dictating social stratification
leading to separation through education
victims of our own environments
ascribing to roles through assimilation
achieving roles through development
accumulated, social location
lost and confused
scared and curious
created to be courageous
by natures choice
we call it free will
we’re all connected
exploration is our destination
the illusions generate fear
that matures to disconnect
we find ourselves stuck in a box
lost in this maze
it’s dark
time to find our way
start with deep breaths (I close my eyes)
in those first moments
realize it’s not about any of us
that’s just the disguise
our ego
we must optimize
overcome the denial

letting ego go (especially if you feel you have none)
sit back, rewind
reflect on the situations that arise
leading through the mind
allowing focus on the body
pay attention to the heart
instincts tell it all
knowing our body
stimulates confidence
creates awareness
ultimately leading to clarity
that’s our spiritual connection
mind plus body equals soul
keep the breaths deep

temptation is for sure
self control
