People always want to judge and critique

Acting like when it serves them there’s no deciet

Ya see, there’s only room for them when in the gray area

Standing on their 2 feet

Ego so big when told about themselves they don’t speak

Instead revenge is what they seek

Yet they quick to judge and critique

Miss us with that nonsense

Out here in the world wandering over the fence

Is the grass really that much greener

Fight, flight the only 2 forms of self defense

That must be why they have a negative demeanor

Until we realize communication forms a bond

Being authentic points us to what’s wrong

There’s a million fish in the pond

However, accountability should be the name of the song

At some point everyone we love we were fond

If all they do is judge and critique

They won’t be around for long

It’s people that makes the world go round

And it’s people that let us down

Our expectations are the root of what’s wrong

Realigning our intentions

Begins the journey to the stars

It’s truly the only way to grow

Or rebound from being down

Letting go is a must to move on
